Two rules one must keep to while losing weight

Two rules one must keep to while losing weight

Losing weight should be a slow process including dieting and physical activity. Two rules one must keep to trying to lose weight:
1. a balanced diet
2. physical activity

The ideal daily meal should include all necessary components. It is not healthy to consume only a protein based diet. A well balanced diet should contain proteins, carbohydrates and even some little fat. The only precaution is to avoid too much added salt and sugar and lots of fat.

Make at least five portions during the entire day. Little but frequent quantities of food do not overload the digestive system and thus gives time to digest. Do not forget to eat a lot of vegetables which helps to digest and drink about 2 liters of water every day. If you have a hard time digesting try to reorganize the meals: eat meat with vegetables, avoid potatoes, and consume more fish.

Breakfast should make 25% of total daily food allowance. It is best not to eat heavy food after 6 pm. The last meal should be at least 3 hours prior to the night sleep. Refuse any junk food: chips, pop corn, hamburgers. Your snacks should be fruits and diary products like yoghurt.

Dieting is only one step towards the body you want. One must remember that physical activity is the key factor that keeps people in shape and good health. Each of us should exercise at least 30 minutes every day and that does not mean working out in the gym: it can be a simple stroll, climbing stairs, going on foot instead of driving. Those who wish to lose weight should concentrate on a tougher physical activity. It is best to do at least 3 work outs per week. These work outs should focus on a total body and include both cardio activity and muscular strength exercises.
The ideal model for women is to have 2-3 group exercise classes to burn the calories out and then 2 functional trainings, which means 5 days of working out. The other option is to choose 3 days in a week and spend an hour in a cardio class and one more hour working out in the gym. The exact training model should be applied individually according to the goals raised up and other individual factors. The same applies to choosing the right diet. Find a personal trainer -fitness specialist-who will work with you and help to choose the right diet and better fitness for you.
Those who cannot stand working out in the gym should select the activity they like. Tennis, dancing, swimming, basketball and other active sports will not only help to lose weight and work on certain parts of body but also make the whole training process more enjoyable.

Last but not least, slimming pills do not guarantee any results. Do not put up your hopes up high. Moreover, these pills do have side effects. They should be used only by extremely overweight people with a doctor‘s prescription.
